We at Ride & Shine RV & Ceramics  pride ourselves with our professionals caring for your vehicles. It is our goal and desire to return your vehicle, rv, boat or other craft back to you in as close as new condition as possible. However, due to us not knowing the individual history and current paint/gelcoat or fiberglass condition of each vehicle, aircraft, boat or recreational vehicles; we  at Ride and Shine RV & Ceramics will not be held liable for any damage to the surface of the vehicle or unit that we are working on. Any agreement and work performed will be done with the upmost professionalism with the understanding that there may be a chance of paint color, gelcoat or fiberglass failure on the vehicle. 

We also provide full ceramic coatings for all of your vehicles, rv,  boats and other craft. However the warranty for these ceramic coatings are based on the understanding that ceramic coatings do not provide an aka "bullet proof" protection. Ceramic coatings must be given proper care, attention and maintenance and kept up as per the manufacturer's instructions to be considered valid. Also, any extended, prolonged and/or intense exposure of direct heat, sunlight, sand, salt, wind, road debris  or other various contaminants have the  potential to greatly lessen the lasting effects of the coating. 

This limited warranty of any ceramic coating covers any defects in material or workmanship under recommended use during the warranty period. 

Limited Warranty for 10H+ Radical Ceramic Coating

 1 layer (5yrs) ; 2 layers (7 years)

Limited Warranty for RV/Marine Ceramic Coating

 1 layer (2-3 yrs) ; 2 layers (4-5 years)

Limited Warranty for Finishing Gloss Sealant 

 1 layer (1 additional year)

Limited Warranty for wheel/caliper ceramic

1 layer ( 1-2 years)

Limited Warranty for glass / windshield

1 layer (1-2 years or up to 750k wipes)

During the warranty period Ride and Shine will repair, at no charge, treat areas that prove defective because of improper material application or workmanship, under recommended use and maintenance. Ride and Shine will redo and repair the defective area at no charge. This warranty is against blistering, bubbling, cracking, delaminating, peeling or noticeable lose gloss or reflectivity during the course of warranty duration from date of application or service treatment. Ceramic coatings will not protect against paint chips, scratches or other mechanical damages. This warranty does not not apply to vehicles used for commercial purposes. 

This warranty is personal to the purchaser & is not transferable or assignable. 

This warranty is valid from the date of the invoice.

The purchaser’s vehicle maintenance must be done according to the maintenance schedule below: 

Washing 

For best results wash on autos a (bi-weekly) and recreation vehicles a (quarterly) basis to avoid excessive contamination build up and oxidation. 

Avoid washing in direct sunlight or extreme heat above 85 degrees to minimize streaking and water spotting. 

Wash from the top down leaving the dirtiest sections for last to avoid cross contamination. 

Use separate soap and sponge/mitt for wheels. 

Use mild ceramic wash without any built in waxes or polishes

Drying 

Always dry autos completely and never leave to “air” dry. 

Tap water contains minerals that may leave deposits creating water spots. 

Use quality tagless and seamless microfiber towels for best results and avoid aggressive wiping, allowing the material to absorb the water. 

Spot Removal

 Never use aggressive products to polish the coating or remove surface contamination. 

Never use excessive force to remove spots. 

Bird droppings, tar, sap, etc. should be removed as soon as possible to avoid temporary staining or hardening on the coating. 

Any staining left behind from the bird droppings will break down over a few days without affecting the coating. 

Terms and disclaimers Ride and Shine will not accept liability if:

 ▪ neglect of the auto or recreational vehicle according to the prescribed regulations above 

▪ damage caused by abrasive products of third parties

 ▪ damage caused by accident or voluntarily

 ▪ non-compliance with the conditions and requirements under this warranty.

 ▪ annual inspections are not carried out within 30 days before the anniversary date of the last service to ensure peak performance, maximum gloss and protection 

▪ quarterly-annual wash detail maintenance with Ride and Shine or any other Nanopro Ceramic certified Installer used for the maintaining of the coating.

▪ If the warranty certificate issued after the ceramic coating cannot be submitted.
